The 40k Lorecast

On today’s episode we open our coverage of the iron hands. Starting with their creation by the emperor and surprisingly lack of lore during the Unification Wars. But then we jump into their actions in the early crusade with their brutal Hammer and the Storm tactics. We then jump over to Medusa. The planet before and then at the arrival of Ferrus. As usual we then close out talking about Ferrus Manus. His arrival on Medusa and his “trials” there as he became a full blown Primarch and then the arrival of the emperor.

On today’s episode we close out our coverage of the white scars with a bit of a different one. We open with Jaghati and the white scars journey back to Terra which introduces us to Dark Glass and some fun reveals about the Navigators. We then cover an epic fight against Mortarian and a Keeper of Secrets. And then skip ahead from the heresy to the scouring with the loss of Jaghati. We jump 10,000 years to cover the White Scars in the 41st millennia. Namely the challenges they are having in modern 40k without Jaghati and how the legion is both functioning but also falling apart without his leadership.

On today’s episode we continue our coverage of the white scars. We start with Jaghati joining the imperium and getting a crash course in both technology but more importantly the Imperial Truth. From there we follow him and his legion as the Horus Heresy unfolds. With their encounter with the Alpha Legion and then their journey to Prospero. We then cover Jaghati meeting with the shard of Magnus to learn the truth of the Heresy and to make his choice, and then of course the worst sales pitch ever from Mortarian. We then close out on the White Scars civil war that breaks out due to the warrior lodges and Jaghati’s reaction.

On today’s episode we begin our coverage of the white scars. With a dive into their creation during the Unification Wars, and their rather un-glorified purpose for the emperor. Then into their new role as the star hunters as they became the Emperor’s galaxy scouts. We then jump over the Jaghati Khan. His arrival on Chogoris and how he was able to unify the world, just in time for the Emperor to show up

On today’s cast we conclude our coverage of Dante. We spend most of the Episode talking about the events of the Devastation of Baal. From the opening Salvo as Dante tries to delay the incoming hive fleet, through Dante and the remaining survivors furious charge out into the Tyranid lines. We also spend some time jumping over to the moons of Baal as the Flesh Tearers and Knights of Blood make their own stand. We then cover the conclusion of the conflict with the arrival of both Guilliman and Ka’Bandha. After this we jump into the events of Dante after the war, with his elevation to Primaris Marine and his “collecting” of the Lion.
