Aaron is a USA Triathlon All-American as well as a Gold Ironman All World Athlete. He has qualified for USAT Age Group Nationals (United States of America Triathlon Association) and is a World Championships qualifier for Ironman. He is also an Endure IQ certified coach with plenty of experience training with triathletes. In this podcast, we speak about using data to improve training and performance, following every athlete's specific needs. We discuss how to use the core body temperature data to improve pacing and the differences between the treadmill and the bike trainer. Aaron also explains his view about peppermint and menthol for cooling and nutrition for athletes while racing.
