Aberdeen's Vivace are forging a sound that is unbound by rules, history or pretence. They have an eclectic range of tastes and influences and pull from all of it when cooking up heat in both the booth and the studio. Trance euphoria, speed garage bump and the hardness of techno all collide with hints of musical nostalgia that bring the fun.

The pair only started working together in early 2024 and have since worked without limits. They now have an unspoken chemistry in the booth and a vast vault of unreleased tunes that you will hear soon. Rising fast out of Sydney’s north-west, Efesian is armed with techno weaponry built from pummelling kicks, jungle-leaning percussion and flashes of ‘90s trance euphoria. He's already had a Beatport #1 with 'Can’t Be Stopped', and been backed by heavyweights like Carl Cox, Klangkuenstler, FJAAK, Joris Voorn and HI-LO, so he is another one of Australia’s closely watched hard techno exports.

Now stepping up for Terminal V’s mix series with a turbocharged session built for maximum impact and stacked with his own productions, unreleased IDs and smartly chosen classics. It’s tightly wound with controlled peaks and troughs from start to finish and kicks off with a premiere of his brand new tune, 'Good Time.' Mirage is a new school disruptor from Ghent. The young DJ and producer has been digging deep into the roots of hard house, UKG and piano house for years and is now rewriting it with his own perspective. It's seen his sound hold back home but also increasingly around Europe, where he plays fast but with control, emotion and narrative.

More recently, he's founded his own platform, 32Jumpstreet, as a way of spotlighting local talent, and here he tells us about that, how he approaches production, the influence of his hometown, and what he had to say with this week's mix. Turn it up loud and tune into a fast-rising tastemaker.

Belgian DJ ROW1 is riding the crest of a new wave of hard dance talent that is emerging from Europe’s underground. Still early in his journey but already shaping things with a distinct identity, his approach leans into intensity, emotion and instinct, but always with unstoppable momentum. This year, he has continued to play live and serve up his own tunes: they're bold and bouncy and, he says in this interview, often inspired by interactions with dancers in the club.

Hanover's Arman John is at the sharp end of the hard techno scene as both a DJ and producer. He heads up Phased Records but also releases on labels like Obscuur and Ismus, often with elements of Euro dance and trance sitting next to his love of acid, bouncy beats and alluring vocal hooks that keep his tracks emotionally as well as physically charged up.

Fresh off finishing a Master's degree in Science, Arman has put together a mix that invites you into where he is at right now. It's "good vibes only" from him ahead of a busy run of shows around Europe and then his appearance at Terminal V Croatia in August.
