This week I also got to chat  with director Jeremiah Kipp. Jeremiah directed the film adaptation of The Mortuary Assistant which is in theatres as of this episode’s release date. Jeremiah was so much fun to talk to and we chatted for over an hour. He told me why he felt like horror movies were his friends growing up, what attracted him to direct The Mortuary Assistant, and how his cast came together. He also told me what determines whether or not he takes a project on, the video games he’d love to adapt, and a couple of the meaningful moments he had on the set of The Mortuary Assistant. The Mortuary Assistant will be on Shudder on March 27th.

Her latest book The Film You Are About To See was released last October on Max Axe Media and it was inspired by her love for William Castle movies and drive-in movies. She revealed her writing process and the theory she uses when she sketches out her story beats.
