She told me how she started writing psychological horror stories at only 5 years old, the teachers who encouraged her to pursue her craft, and how she became the president of the Horror Writers Association. I had the privilege of talking to the director, executive producer, and co-writer of The Creep Tapes: Season 3, Patrick Brice. Season 3 of The Creep Tapes is out tomorrow, September 15th on AMC+ and Shudder and you have to check it out because all 6 episodes are epic. Patrick told me how he fell into writing and directing horror movies, the original intent of writing the first Creep movie, and why they made the decision to make it a series instead of continuing to make movies. He also told me how they were able to shoot an episode of season 3 in New York City without permits, where the name Peachfuzz came from, and how they go about getting their guest stars for each season.

She told me how she fell in love with horror as a 90’s kid at Blockbuster, how horror movies gave her role models on screen in the form of final girls, and how she wound up producing new episodes of Tales From Beyond the Pale.
