Did you know that gratitude is the frequency of miracles? Rather than focusing on external things to be grateful for, this week I wanted to help you focus on the inner things to be grateful for! That voice sounds reasonable, but it is NOT the reason you are having problems. When you do something simple, like stopping to breathe, you stop that voice from being so dominant and can begin to hear the voice of truth. The reason you feel stuck is not logical. It is emotional or energetic. It won’t be solved by the logical mind. But you can USE the logical mind to help redirect your energy.
