Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Mango Mojito Mocktail

Recipe by Shivani Loves Food

·      1 ripe mango

·      2 fresh limes

·      2 tablespoons mint leaves

·      3 tablespoons granulated sugar

·      2 cups sparkling water

 

Instructions:


Prepare the simple syrup: Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons boiling water to a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup is just starting to bubble, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool.


Peel the mango and add the flesh to the jug of a blender. Juice one of the limes and add the juice to the blender.


Blend the mango and lime juice into a smooth puree. You may wish to strain the puree if it has any lumps.


Slice the other lime into wedges and add the wedges to a large jug along with the mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to crush the limes and mint to release their flavors.


Add the mango puree to the jug along with the simple syrup—I recommend starting with a small amount of simple syrup (1 tablespoon) and adding more later if desired.


Top up the jug with sparkling water and give it a stir. Taste the mango mocktail and add more lime, mint or simple syrup if desired.


Serve the mango mojito mocktails over ice and garnished with extra mint and lime. Enjoy!

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🧊 Cold Brew Cocktail 

Recipe by: Cocktails

·      1.5 ounces vodka

·      0.5 ounce simple syrup

·      0.5 ounce coffee liqueur

·      cold brew

·      1/4 cup heavy cream

·      1 teaspoon caramel sauce

 

Instructions: Add vodka, simple syrup, coffee liqueur, and cold brew to a glass filled with ice. Froth the heavy cream and caramel sauce to create a cold foam. Gently pour cold foam on top of ice. Serve immediately.

·  2 ounces of pineapple juice

 

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a good shake for about 15 seconds.Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Cranberry-Lime Mocktail

Recipe by: Food Network

·   2 cups frozen cranberries

·   1 1/4 cups sugar

·   3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate

·   1/2 cup fresh lime juice

·   Splash of seltzer water

 

Instructions: Combine the cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Carefully smash the cranberries, then simmer the mixture until slightly reduced and dark red, about 10 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a heat-safe container, pressing on the cranberry solids to extract all the juice. Let cool for 30 minutes. Combine the cranberry syrup with the limeade and lime juice in a pitcher and stir well. Mix equal parts of the drink mix and seltzer. Serve over ice with cranberries and a lime slice.

4 ounces mezcal

1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice

1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur

2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

 4 ounces grapefruit soda

 

Instructions: Rim two glasses with salt or Tajín. Add mezcal, lime juice, orange liqueur and grapefruit juice to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice in your prepared glass. Top each drink with 2 ounces of grapefruit soda per glass.
