The Gateway Experience

This 30 minute guided exercise is designed to promote the healing and balancing of your Total Self. You are invited to connect with the healing energies of a dolphin, which you create in your mind. Your dolphin will help promote emotional, mental and physical comfort. You will learn an encoding to enter the healing state – "dolphin heal, dolphin heal". This meditation is inspired by the Dolphin Energy Club (DEC) which was created in 1991 following an experience Nancy Penn Monroe, wife of Robert Monroe and co-founder of the Monroe Institute, had during her cancer treatment.
