Sam Chandler’s journey with the Sasquatch phenomenon stretches from a remote 5,000-acre property in Ontario, Canada, to the forests of Georgia and deep into the mountains of Oregon.

In this episode of Bigfoot Society, Sam shares decades of experiences that began when he was a child and continued into adulthood. He recalls unexplained footsteps around an isolated Canadian lake, violent impacts against a cabin, strange lights moving through the forest, unusual recordings captured at night, and a terrifying solo camping experience that changed his understanding of what might be happening around him.
Years later in western Georgia, the encounters continued. Sam describes changing tree structures, unseen footsteps following his family, three separate sets of footsteps closing in around him, wood knocks, activity around his home, and interactions that became increasingly personal.

After moving to Oregon, everything intensified.

Sam takes us into remote camps near Bend, Camp Broken Arrow along the Bigfoot Highway, and the forests surrounding Oakridge. He shares experiences involving massive individuals moving through the darkness, mysterious whistles beside his tent, apparent communication, strange vibrations, rocks thrown into camp, something racing past his vehicle in the middle of the night, and an approximately 16-inch footprint discovered near a spring during Sasquatch Summer Fest 2026.

Sam also shares some of his most extraordinary experiences involving what he calls the “Sasquatch people,” including encounters he believes involved direct communication and an Oregon experience in which three individuals—a male, female, and juvenile—were presented to him with remarkable clarity.

This is a journey spanning more than 40 years, multiple states, and two countries.

An 11-foot Bigfoot watching from the trees. Two massive figures outside a window. A white Bigfoot lying in the snow. And an apparent infant observed for nearly 90 minutes.

Robin Long Soldier shares decades of extraordinary encounters across Nebraska and South Dakota, including activity near Pine Ridge and White Clay, repeated experiences at Pioneers Park in Lincoln, photographs of suspected juveniles, quiet whoops, unexplained physical contact, and video footage she believes captured one watching her and her husband.

Then more witnesses come forward.

In Pend Oreille County, Washington, Gabe describes game-camera images, strange sounds, disturbed hunting camps, alleged tracks and hair near Boundary Dam. In Lewis County, Kentucky, David recalls being followed through the woods by an approximately nine-foot creature and a second 2026 encounter with a juvenile-sized figure crossing the road.

Near Calaveras Big Trees in Northern California, a witness hears powerful wood knocks, growls, and a close-range hiss after venturing off-trail.

Finally, Craig returns to rural Kentucky in 1977–78, where a massive silhouette stood outside his grandparents’ farmhouse and mimicked his movements.

A quiet drive through Oregon farmland turns into a moment that stays with a witness for years.

In this episode of Bigfoot Society, Jeremiah Byron talks with Colleen, an Oregon outdoorswoman who spent her life hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping across the Pacific Northwest. During the fall of 2020 on Sauvie Island, she and her partner encountered a large black, humanlike figure crossing a remote access road in broad daylight. The figure looked directly at them, continued calmly across the road, then appeared to stop and watch them before disappearing into dense blackberry hedges.

As the years passed, Colleen began connecting that unforgettable encounter with other unexplained experiences from across Oregon. She shares reports of mysterious tree knocks while hiking near Scappoose, unsettling nighttime footsteps outside her home on Sauvie Island, possible vocal exchanges she once believed were owls, and recent activity near her current rural property bordering miles of forest. She also reflects on childhood camping trips near Mount Hood and how those memories have taken on new meaning.

This conversation explores what happens after a life-changing encounter, how personal perspectives evolve over time, and why protecting the wild places of the Pacific Northwest has become even more important to her.
