We run through the 10 biggest battles at this year's Oscars, making a prediction for each (which will definitely be correct).
We then have THE CHAOSCARS! - Your audience submissions; unhinged predictions, wild theories and alternative takes for what will happen next Sunday. Who will cry first? What jokes will Conan make? Who will be there to just promote their upcoming movie about the fashion world?!
We round off with another edition of Forrest Grump and this time it's the Everyman Cinema chain coming under my scrutiny. Why ARE their side tables SO small?

This week on Fred On Film we deep-dive into the weird, wonderful and yet awfully dull BAFTAs ceremony. I discuss why the show feels so flat, the big surprises and shocks, and the impact on the Oscar race.
I also take you into my two starriest Premieres yet (Baz Luhrman afterparty, anyone?) before reviewing both movies: EPIC - a new Elvis concert movie - and MAN ON THE RUN - the new Paul McCartney doc.
We finish off with the much-demanded return of Forrest Grump (3 things that annoyed me in cinemas this week) and another little snippet from my 15 year old movie journals.

ANYWAY, first we dive straight into the mud (and other fluids) of Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights. Is it just trash fan fiction, or something more? I discuss the discourse, the dirty deeds, and my delight with the movie.
Plus, with the news that Brad Pitt’s F1: The Movie is getting a sequel, I read out your hilarious suggestions for title ideas (2 F 2 Furious anyone?). Probably my favourite time of 2026 so far hahaha
I then struggle through the Testament of Ann Lee (Amanda Seyfried’s…musical??) and alongside it launch a new segment: Forrest Grump (cinema rants).
We finish another excerpt from my Teenage Movie Journals, another certain Amanda Seyfried musical from 2008…cmon, Take A Chance On Me and stay till the end to find out which one, and what 15yo me had to say about it.

We then get stuck into a review CRIME 101, the new heist thriller starring Chris Hemsworth and Monica Barbaro in the most odd and boring on-screen relationship in recent memory. But is it ALL bad?
We also run through the key Movie Trailers that dropped at the Super Bowl, discussing why Mando & Grogu are coming to the big screen, why you should avoid the Project Hail Mary Trailers, and why Tarantino & Fincher is a match made in heaven.
We finish off with my Darling Wife's take on Saving Private Ryan and I reveal how she has managed to turn our Wuthering Heights double date into a Galentine's affair.
