What shapes are you creating from the shapeless?
Helen explains how our life has to take the shape of our concepts, our beliefs. The more we believe in a concept then the more solid the shape appears to be. Just like shapes that are carved into shapeless dough.
If I believe I am a separate being, not worthy of waking up, then this is the shape that appears, that takes shape in the shapeless, the formless.
When we begin to question the beliefs (the shapes that have been shaped into the dough) and see that there is nothing to shape the dough, then it naturally takes its highest form possible. Joy and peace come from recognising our shapelessness.
What shapes the shapelessness of our being is a thought.
