Button Boys

Fling wide your windows and turn your stereos up to ten because it's a brand-spanking-new episode of Button Boys and everyone needs to know about it.

We live in the busiest era in human history*, constantly distracted by work, love life, eating, sleeping and breathing with no time for what matters: gaming. Steam sales, recommendations, gifts and impulse purchases have left us with an intimidatingly large pile of games that get buried over time.

This week, Sarah, Pierre and Glenn are tasked with painstakingly excavating this hoard like a crack team of archaeologists to reveal whether it's a Sutton Hoo or Sutton Poo they've been sitting on all these years.

But first, the Boys catch up on what they've been playing this week as Sarah's been scared sick, Glenn's cringing through an old classic and Pierre's struggling to get a word in edgeways.

From house parties to hen dos, weddings to wakes, there's never an inappropriate time for gaming, but good lord how the experience differs. This week the Boys are coiffing their hair and drenching themselves in perfume because... it's party time.

If you've embarrassed yourself in front of your friends, shouted at your grandma for being a complete noob or felt like a god clacking away at a plastic peripheral to the mellifluous tones of AC/DC, then you'll feel right at home. Glenn relays a traumatic experience, Sarah stretches their vocal cords and Pierre shares a potential sleeper hit from back in 2009.

But before that, we catch up on the week's gaming. Sarah's started an absolute classic, Pierre's frustrated with some mech-anics and Glenn's creeping everyone out with his freakish little obsession.
