From 1973 to 1986, an unknown rapist and murderer was terrorizing northern California.Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. was arrested in 2016, having finally been identified as the so-called Golden State Killer.DeAngelo committed at least 13 murders, 50 rapes, and 120 burglaries.
