Sauerkraut Cave is a historic limestone cave located in E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky. It’s widely rumored to be one of the most haunted places in the state. The cave derives its name from its past use by the nearby Lakeland Asylum for the Insane (later Central Kentucky Lunatic Asylum)…as a cold storage facility for perishable goods, particularly large cans of sauerkraut. The Mob Museum (National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement)…situated in downtown Las Vegas. It is known as a formal museum dedicated to the history of organized crime, with haunted lore and stories of spirits, ghosts and paranormal phenomena within the building!!!

The Iron Island Museum is in a building that was a former church, built in 1883. The church closed in the late 1940s and it sat empty until 1956, when it was purchased and turned into a funeral home. The building is loaded with history from the Iron Island neighborhood, City of Buffalo, the railroad, the military and much, much more. Its history is reportedly what makes it so haunted!!!
