Jeremy and Lauren Mefford have been married for almost nine years and live in East Tennessee with their six children (three biological and three adopted), ranging in age from newborn to 10 years old. Jeremy has worked as a civil engineer for 15 years. Lauren is a full-time homeschool mom to five of their children, a business owner, and a homemaking mentor. She helps overwhelmed stay-at-home moms build systems and routines from the ground up so they can embrace their roles with peace, confidence, and joy.
