Michele Andina — pediatric nurse practitioner, medical anthropologist, PhD from Columbia University, and co-founder of Global Lightworkers United — about a life spent bridging worlds: American and European, scientific and spiritual, clinical and intuitive. Dr. Fred Moss — 46-year mental health veteran, board-certified psychiatrist, and author of Welcome to Humanity: A Psychiatrist's Memoir and Case Against the Mental Health System — talks about why psychiatric diagnoses are, in his view, fundamentally made up, and why human connection heals in ways no medication can. Moss describes entering the field specifically because he disagreed with its direction, spending 37 years treating 30,000 patients while living in painful misalignment with the system around him, and eventually adopting the title "The UnDoctor" — dedicated to undiagnosing, unmedicating, and undoctrinating the people the system has failed. He argues that psychiatric labels only take hold when a patient agrees with them, that every human being is already having a spiritual experience whether they believe it or not, and closes with a powerful disclaimer: his message is specifically for the hundreds of millions of people who already sense the mental health system has not served them properly.
