Another sad day as the rock world bids goodbye to one of the great drummers of the last generation Chris Slade player professionally for over 63 years with some of the biggest names in music including Dave Gilmour, Jimmy page and Paul Rodgers in the Firm, Uriah Heep, Manfred Mann and of course AC/DC as they returned to global stardom with Razors Edge and he was the man on the drum stool for Thunderstruck as Chris steps away from music to concentrate on his health and well being we go back to revisit some of the great stories from his incredible career so listen in and watch one of the great drummers of the last 60 years in the video below.

On this edition of the show we begin a look back at the greatest ever debut albums in rock history and the album that held the title of the greatest selling debut album of all time from its release in fall of 1977 up until the end of 2008 was Boston's self titled debut album.
On the show we go back to the very beginnings when Barry Goudreau was putting a band together at college and they needed a keyboard player and strolling in came Tom Scholz and the rest as they say well that's history , join us as Barry recounts how they went from playing bars and small clubs to MSG in a year .
