Katschinka is a DJ known for deeply atmospheric, emotional, and carefully curated sets. Her sound moves between dark, soulful, and introspective territories, creating slow-building journeys that invite listeners to fully immerse themselves. One of her early sets, “You Want It Darker,” already captured her signature approach: subtle intensity, depth, and a strong sense of storytelling through music.
She shares her musical explorations with a growing audience, focusing on intimate vibes, thoughtful selections, and a strong connection between place, moment, and sound.

This new podcast for Baikal Nomads captures a very special moment: a set played at a small, private festival called „Nebelmond“ with around 60 people, held on a mountain in the Swiss Jura. Surrounded by untouched nature, with a breathtaking view of the Alps, perfect weather, and an incredibly warm and open-minded crowd, the setting shaped the entire experience. It was an intimate gathering of beautiful people, great energy, and carefully selected music — a moment where everything aligned.

This set is not about peak-time energy, but about connection, storytelling, and presence. A musical journey shaped by the landscape, the people, and the feeling of being exactly where you are supposed to be.
