Singh, a 5/1 Emotional Manifestor and NSHD certified analyst, joins James and Teresa to unpack what it's like to live in a closed and repelling aura.

Singh discovered Human Design in the summer of 2015 while camping, and says the mechanics of his own chart explained the arc of his life more precisely than anything he'd encountered before. He describes the system as the most validating and confronting information available, reaching down into the chemistry, biology, and psychology beneath a person's experience. As a tribal being with a closed and repelling aura, Singh works from the lens of power view, helping others navigate the built-in misunderstandings of that aura type in their friendships, relationships, and family.

This week we're stepping outside our usual programming to address a public post from Jessica Rein, founder of the Holistic Human Design Conference, that mischaracterized James and the New School of Human Design. We walk through the full history behind it: James and Jessica's years-long relationship as teacher and student, the Fall 2025 Oslo conference, the 4% film project, and the harassment James received from the film's creative director, Selen Parmen, after he set boundaries.
We also break down DARVO (deny, attack, reverse victim and offender), a manipulation pattern named by psychologist Jennifer Freyd, and share a professional statement from clinical and forensic psychologist Dr. Lalitha Pieri on why this situation fits that pattern.

We don't take airing this publicly lightly. We sat with it for three weeks before deciding to speak, and we're sharing full documentation so you don't have to take our word for it.

Caroline Dijckmeester-Bins joins James and Teresa to get into what it means to live life as a Manifestor. The anger, the loneliness, the beached whale conditioning, and what it's taken to stop hiding behind other people's words.
Caroline is a 4/6 Splenic Ego Manifester, certified Human Design analyst with The New School of Human Design, and a journalist based in Amsterdam. She works with people through what she calls "In Your Own Words" sessions — a process of helping people find their own language for who they are and what they do, drawing on her journalism background and HD knowledge.
