Studio 54 Secrets: Ivy’s Gotcha, Dan’s Twitter War, and CeCe’s Collapse (Gossip Girl S5E9 Deep Dive)
Leif (a longtime Gossip Girl fan) and Steve (a first-time watcher) recap and review season 5, episode 9, “The Roads to Perdition,” noting Andrew McCarthy’s direction, returning characters (including Tripp), and nonstop disco-themed Gossip Girl narration. They cover CeCe’s Studio 54 celebration, Carol’s uninvited return, and revelations around CeCe’s illness after chemotherapy pills are spotted and she collapses during Serena’s planned “gotcha” exposing Ivy and Max.
