On May 17, 2026, the same day thousands gathered on the National Mall for Rededicate 250, Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne led The River at Tampa Bay Church in a formal rededication of America back to God. In this message, Pastor Rodney traces the spiritual foundation of America back to April 29, 1607, when Chaplain Robert Hunt planted a cross at Cape Henry and prayed that the gospel would go from this land to the ends of the earth. That prayer is still being answered.

Pastor Rodney draws the parallel between the Great Awakening sparked by George Whitefield, who preached 18,000 sermons in 30 years across every one of the American colonies, and the fire this ministry has carried for 46 years across 101 countries. As it was broken in the time of Whitefield and Franklin, it is broken the same way now, 250 years later. And we are not called to observe history. We are called to write history.

The service concludes with a Declaration of Covenant Renewal, spoken alongside local officials and Christian Television Network leadership, renewing the 1607 Cape Henry Covenant over this city, this state, and this nation.

History is moving toward a conclusion. The church does not end with retreat or decline. The church ends with harvest, glory, and victory. Pastor Rodney walks through ten realities of the final harvest: history is moving toward a conclusion, God has always planned a final harvest, the harvest will be global and rapid, opposition will increase and so will power, the evangelist will preach with finality, multitudes will respond, the evangelist will not be ashamed, heaven watches the final harvest, the evangelist finishes the assignment, and the final word belongs to the King.

In Part 22 of The Evangelist Series, Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne ministers on raising the next generation. God never intended revival to stop with one person or one move. What He begins must be multiplied. If it is not transferred, it will eventually be lost. If the fire is not entrusted to others, it will not remain.
Throughout Scripture, we see this pattern. Moses raised up Joshua. Elijah raised up Elisha. Paul raised up Timothy. Jesus raised up the Twelve and then the Seventy. This is how the Kingdom advances — through impartation, activation, and multiplication.
