God saved us not just from something, but for something. Every believer has a mission to reach the people right in front of them, starting with one person God has placed on their heart. The key to sharing your faith is remembering that you are not the Holy Spirit. Your job is not to manufacture spiritual moments but to recognize the ones God has already prepared. Three simple steps make this mission possible: pray for a specific person, invite them personally, and bring them rather than just pointing them in the right direction. Just as four friends carried their paralyzed companion to Jesus in Mark chapter 2, you may not be able to change someone's life, but you can bring them into the presence of the One who can.

God has given His church a mission that has never changed: people. We have been reached so that we can reach others, and that starts with simply learning to see the people around us. Like Jesus, who went out of His way to meet the woman at the well, we are called to see others not through the lens of their past but through the lens of their possibility. Every person we encounter is someone Jesus died for, and when that truth settles in, compassion begins to replace criticism. The greatest enemy of reaching others is not rebellion but distraction. We walk past divine appointments every day because we are too busy to notice. Your story, no matter how ordinary it feels, is one of the most powerful tools you have. People are the mission, and the mission starts with one.

God did not save us only from something. He saved us for something. Salvation is the starting line, not the finish line, and every believer has been placed exactly where they are on purpose. You do not need all the answers to share your faith. You simply need your story and the courage to tell it. The people around you at work, in your neighborhood, and in your family may never walk into a church on their own, but they know you. Start with one person, pray for them, and trust God to open the door.

God is calling every believer to rise up, and the story of Nehemiah shows us what that looks like in real life. When Nehemiah shared the vision God had placed in his heart, the people responded with a bold declaration: let us rise up and build. The moment they committed to building, opposition came through mockery and discouragement, but Nehemiah answered boldly and did not back down. The phrase 'rise up' appears approximately 750 times in Scripture, and it is not a passive concept. It means to stir yourself out of inactivity, defeat, and obscurity. Because every believer now carries the Spirit of God on the inside, the call is no longer to wait for God to stir you from the outside. He is inviting you to stir up your own faith, joy, and peace. God is rising up around the world right now, and He is calling His people to rise with Him.

Faith is one of the most misunderstood concepts in Christianity, but at its core it is simply believing and speaking God's Word. Satan is not a lion but goes around like one, trying to get you to believe lies so you walk away from the power God has made available to you. As a believer, you are not called to fight the devil but to resist him, because Jesus already won that fight. You are an overcomer, not because of your own strength, but because of your faith in God. Faith grows through understanding, and the more you know God's Word, the more you can choose to believe it and speak it over your life. When mountains stand between you and God's promises, the answer is not fear or silence but bold, steady declaration of what God has already said. Do not withdraw your belief or quit speaking His Word, even when the mountain has not moved yet. The person who wins is simply the one who keeps on believing.
