Guided Yoga Nidra for Sleep and Relaxation
This Guided Yoga Nidra will gently ease you into a blissful state of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is termed as ‘sleepless sleep’ because we learn to enter the state between sleep and wakefulness which is pure awareness.
This practice is great for anybody suffering from stress, anxiety or sleeping problems.
This is perfect to do just before sleeping for a goodnights sleep.
For best results use headphones and ensure you are laying down for maximum benefits.
Feel free to make yourself as comfortable as possible using as many cushions and blankets. If possible choose to dim the lights and draw the curtains setting the ideal atmosphere for relaxation.
It is NOT ideal to have a big meal just before this meditation. Do NOT listen whilst operate heavy machinery.
