    Episode 113: Eurovision 1986 Recap

    09-04-2026 | 1 u. 16 Min.
We're heading back in time and to Bergen, Norway for the 1986 Eurovision Song Contest alongside the hilarious Siobhan Thompson of Dimension 20, Rick & Morty and Krapopolis. It's a goofy one, and we've got the irascible Terry Wogan's commentary to guide us. Jeremy documents the rise of the Steinbergers, Dimitry looks for his love in capital letters, Siobhan tells us why we're at peak Eighties, and Oscar's just one of the (European) girls.

    Episode 112: Benidorm Fest 2026

    02-04-2026 | 1 u. 4 Min.
If we're talking Spain's Benidorm Fest, who better to join us than the two native Spaniards that host one of our favorite ESC podcasts, the Eurovisionphiles? Dr. Barbara Barreiro Leon and Maria Zapata are on the show this week, talking about Spain's former national final that's now a celebration of Spanish pop music. Jeremy isn't feeling very quinqui, Dimitry longs to be a turista, Barbara's sporting two new tattoos, Maria wants to know why men sing so high, and Oscar needs an ear worm surgically removed.

Episode 109: Super Saturday 2026, ft. Boy George

    12-03-2026 | 1 u. 26 Min.
With five more national finals, we've made it to the end of the super Saturdays until 2027, but not without first covering Romania's Selecția Națională, the San Marino Song Contest, Poland's Krajowych Kwalifikacji, Sweden's Melodifestivalen, and Portugal's Festival da Canção. And our beloved Oscar is across the pond this week, so we're instead joined by our Eurovision-obsessed neighbor to the north, Worldvishawn, to talk about what we liked and what we didn't. Jeremy doesn't think one song is all that Bellissima, Shawn finds Portugal to be just a little too chill, and Dimitry revels in the madness that is San Marino.
