This week, we continue our journey through Congo’s Odzala National Park as we arrive at Lango Camp, set beside one of the region’s remarkable forest bais (a clearing in the rainforest). From kayaking the Lekoli River and tracking forest elephants on foot to wading through ancient swamp channels and encountering spotted hyenas after dark, this episode captures the raw, immersive experience that makes Odzala so special. Along the way, we share some of the quieter moments, unexpected encounters, and plenty of mud as we explore the unique habitat and its rich wildlife.
