I'm Sarah Paasch, a coach, yoga teacher, author and Hellenistic Astrologer. All of my work and custom products are deeply rooted in my passions for healing and personal empowerment. My current astrology practice is a synthesis of 8+ years of professional coaching and Hellenistic astrology. I started my astrology journey studying archetypal astrology with a focus on psychology - including professional training programs for counseling astrology. I’ve found that the Hellenistic tradition has proven far more accurate and effective when working with astrological timing techniques, and I continue to blend my archetypal background into interpretations and client sessions. I feel this combination bridges deeper connections and embodied awareness to the planets and aspects interacting with us all in unique and complex ways. I look and listen to all planetary transits through a lens of “so astrology good”. Whether we subjectively feel them as helpful or difficult, I believe they are always serving an evolutionary purpose and opportunity for empowered participation. My other passions include all things music, traveling, rollerblading, Muay Thai, weightlifting, yoga, meditation, painting and spending quality time with amazing humans.
