Nondual Communication

How can we embody our dreams so that they reveal their messages to us?
Is the way we hold space the true medicine of psychedelics?
And what exactly is the imaginal?

I once again sat down with Steve March, founder of Aletheia—a coaching approach inspired by the Greek word aletheia, meaning truth, or "unconcealment."

Together, we explore dream work, the imaginal realm, psychedelics, nonduality, embodiment, and what Steve calls the medicine of unfoldment.

I found this to be one of those conversations that keeps opening up long after it's over. Steve has a remarkable gift for making complex ideas feel grounded and accessible.

We talk about inhabiting dreams rather than interpreting them, why the quality of presence matters more than any technique, and how genuine transformation may come less from striving to improve ourselves and more from trusting life's unfolding.

Every time I sit down to talk and listen to Yoram Mosenzon, I’m amazed by the depth of his embodiment of Nonviolent Communication, and by how deeply he is able to go through what I experience as his commitment to honesty, self-connection, and trusting the wisdom of the body and Nature’s own unfolding.

Trust. Honesty. Commitment.
Not just speaking about it. Living it.

The art of mourning is one of those pathways of self-connection that can lead to astounding and profound insights — such as recognizing that mourning unmet needs is something the body naturally knows how to do, if only we stop interrupting that flow. Or discovering what acceptance can actually look like in the moment. In the body.

It was once again a joy and an honor to be in the presence of Yoram — his kindness, playfulness, sincerity, and heartfelt dedication to Nonviolent Communication.
