In April of 2011, a 20-year-old nursing student was abducted from her rural Tennessee home in broad daylight, her brother as a witness. Three years later, her remains were discovered in nearby woods, leading to a controversial investigation and multiple convictions in one of Tennessee’s most haunting murder cases. This is the murder of Holly Bobo.

In March of 2009, a 36-year-old single mother vanished from her Washington home along a highway without a trace. Multiple men are believed to have been in contact with her on the weekend she disappeared, some even for dates - one of whom confessed to killing her. But were they responsible? Or was it possibly the local butcher who was convicted of murder the following year? This is the disappearance of Nancy Moyer.

In April of 1988, a 17-year-old left after a graduation party in rural Kansas, and was believed to have driven away in his mom’s car. But neither he nor his car were ever seen again, leading to numerous disturbing theories regarding what happened to him: From never leaving the street he was last seen on, to being sacrificed by a local cult – which is why his disappearance remains one of Kansas’s most baffling mysteries. This is the disappearance of Randy Leach.

In March of 2022, a 39-year-old father of three was found dead in his Utah home from what originally appeared to be an aneurysm. But later, this determination would be amended to reveal that he had been murdered. After a shocking arrest that took over a year to secure, it was up to the court to decide if this business owner and devoted husband and dad had been living a secret life steeped in drug addiction or if he was merely the unsuspecting victim. This is the murder of Eric Richins, and the explosive trial that just concluded in March of this year for his wife, Kouri Richins.
