Did you experience things as a child that you couldn’t explain? Maybe you saw Spirit, had vivid or prophetic dreams, just knew things, heard or sensed things other people didn’t, or had an imaginary friend who felt very real.

In this episode, I’m exploring 10 signs you may have blocked or shut down your psychic abilities as a child and why this happens more often than we realize.
Sometimes it’s fear. Sometimes we’re told it’s our imagination. Sometimes an experience scares us, or we realize the people around us don’t understand what we’re experiencing, so we learn to ignore it.
We’ll also talk about what can happen when those abilities begin resurfacing later in life during a spiritual awakening or mediumship development, and how you can start reconnecting with them without forcing the process.
And one important reminder: having a dream, knowing, or premonition before something happens does not mean you caused it. Sometimes the fear surrounding an experience is exactly what made us shut the door in the first place.

Tabs also shares her own realization that she had been avoiding another label: witch. Where did that fear come from? And how much of what we associate with words like crazy, witch, weird, or psychic actually comes from family, culture, history, movies, and the stories we've been taught?
This episode is about recognizing the labels you may still be afraid of, questioning where those fears came from, and deciding whether they still deserve a place in your life.

It started with one of the strangest dreams I’ve had in a long time.
My mother-in-law, who has passed, was there decorating the house like she always did when she was alive. Everything felt completely normal… except she was surrounded by massive crates filled with hundreds of cobs of corn.
Corn.
I woke up thinking, What was that about?
But over the next 24 hours, a series of conversations, synchronicities, and unexpected connections sent me down a rabbit hole I wasn’t expecting. What started as a bizarre dream began connecting back to Peru, ancient cultures, the significance of corn, and something I’ve been exploring for years: whether certain places carry frequencies that we’re somehow drawn to experience.
In this episode, I’m taking you through the whole story as it unfolded, the connections I started noticing, and why I’m learning not to dismiss the strange little breadcrumbs simply because they don’t make sense at first.
Because sometimes the dots only become obvious when you look backwards.
And apparently… sometimes the breadcrumb is corn.
