What happens when you combine 21 years of working in healthcare with energy, intention, and visualization? In this first episode of my Peru series, I'm sharing a new approach to energy healing that I began exploring with Jeff before our trip. From working with his chronic back pain to experimenting with energy during our flights, receiving an unexpected hand gesture, and watching how Jeff felt after more than 120 kilometres of hiking and walking through Peru, this experience has left me with plenty of questions. I'm sharing what I tried, what we noticed, and why I'm curious to keep exploring, without claiming to have all the answers. Sometimes the most interesting part of a spiritual journey is discovering something you never expected to explore.

What does it really mean to surrender on your spiritual journey? In this episode, I’m exploring a lesson that has been coming up again and again in my sessions: letting go of the need to control how everything unfolds. We’ll talk about the difference between surrender and simply giving up, my beliefs around future timelines and divine paths, following intuitive nudges without needing to know where they’ll lead, and why surrender can completely change your mediumship development. I’ll also share what surrender has looked like in my own life through grief, change, uncertainty, and learning to hold space for both the light and the dark. Because surrender doesn’t mean you stop making choices. It means you make the choice, take the next step, and loosen your grip on what has to happen next.

It’s officially been three years since I stepped into this work as a psychic medium, and life looks very different than it did when I started.
In this episode, I’m sitting down for a bit of a life update and reflecting on what these last three years have actually looked like. The growth, the changes, the things I’ve learned about mediumship, and some of the things happening in my life right now.
When I first started developing my mediumship, I had no idea where it would take me. I couldn’t have predicted the readings, the podcast, the people I would meet, the experiences I would have, or how much I would change personally along the way.
And like any spiritual journey, it hasn’t been a straight line.
I’m sharing where I’m at now, what’s been shifting behind the scenes, what mediumship looks like for me three years later, and some of the things I’m looking forward to as I move into this next chapter.
This one is a little more personal. No list of signs. No rabbit hole to solve. Just a conversation about life, mediumship, growth, change, and what happens when you look back and realize just how much can happen in three years.
