       Slam The Gavel welcomes Wes Acton to the podcast. He is a 42 year old father of four amazing children. However, on December 19th, 2016, he had to turn his then wife in for physical child abuse, but he thought he was seeking help. What came next was the police arriving and CPS. Wes has no criminal record, not even a parking ticket. CPS removed the children from their home and placed them with the paternal grandparents. His wife served one year in prison.     After 10 months, Wes FINALLY got the children back. With false accusations, his church turned on him without any evidence and even took time out to drive 40 minutes to go to court to lie about Wes. • CABARRUS, NC CORRUPTION EXPOSED; With Amy Palacios

       Slam The Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios to the podcast. Amy was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 146, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150; Season 5, Episodes 22, 70, 73, 83, 186, 191, 281 and 294. The last time Amy was on we discussed her federal case. There are currently seven lawsuits pending in Cabarrus County.    Apparently after the August 12th podcast, the judges retaliated, giving Amy an order extremely quickly as they normally take 60 days to respond. It was ANOTHER Gatekeeper Order. Then, on September 9th, 2025 a school bus caught on fire. However where is the money in the budget to replace 25 year old school buses? • Judicial Patterns Of Behavior In Dupage, IL; With Jackie Sample

       Slam The Gavel welcomes Jackie Sample from DuPage, Illinois to the podcast. Jackie shared what judges have put her through in the state court as well as in the federal level. Jackie was repeatedly and unreasonably threatened with jail by Judge Orel after stating that her spouse filed false financial affidavits and for allowing a reporter to interview her. Judge Orel was forced to retire in December 2024, however still collects a pension.  Judge Alvarado also threatened Jackie for trying to present an emergency motion and blocked her from speaking.
