เนื้อของเงาะค่อนข้างคล้ายกับเนื้อลิ้นจี่

เวลาจะกินเงาะ แนนจะชอบแกะเอาเนื้อออกมาก่อน แล้วเอาไปแช่เย็น
เพราะเวลากินเย็นๆ จะกรอบขึ้นอีกค่ะ

Rambutan flesh is quite similar to lychee flesh,
แต่ว่าเนื้อเงาะกรอบกว่า
but it is crispier.
เวลาจะกินเงาะ แนนจะชอบแกะเอาเนื้อออกมาก่อน แล้วเอาไปแช่เย็น
When eating rambutan, I like to peel the flesh first and chill it in the refrigerator,
เพราะเวลากินเย็นๆ จะกรอบขึ้นอีกค่ะ
because when eaten cold, it is even crispier.
