We were trained to believe we knew nothing and someone else knew more. In school, were graded on memorization, performance, and compliance—often for subjects we weren’t even curious about. Some of us learned to earn love through achievement. Others rebelled and were labeled “the problem.” Either way, we carried those distortions forward as identity.

The truth is that in the non-physical, nothing is unknown to you. There is no school. There is only knowing. In physical reality, “learning” happens when you shift beliefs, soften resistance, and open cracks in the mental construct—so what you already are can return.

This is why the Freedom Project works the way it does. You are not meant to highlight every line and “get it right.” You are meant to enter the field, immerse, attune, and become a vibrational match to the version of you that already exists at the end of the journey. As that happens, insight arrives effortlessly. You don’t study your way into clarity—you receive it.

This special White Light session from The Freedom project opens with a reminder that freedom emerges as identity dissolves—not because we failed at our roles, but because we’ve outgrown the need for them. Identities like the fixer, caretaker, achiever, victim, or “spiritual one” are costumes built for safety, and their unraveling can feel like joy or friction (loss, endings, illness, financial shifts). Either way, nothing real is being taken—you’re being relieved of what’s heavy.

I ask White Light a question about the concept of PAFA, (presence, awareness, focus and attention) they describe it as simply allowing: staying in the moment, welcoming what comes next, and finding power in the tiny space between what happens and how we respond. They say that this state is inseparable from nervous-system coherence—calm, stillness, breath, and trust—because resistance creates friction in every connection, including the connection to your inner self.

In this episode, Joshua explains that fear is not a stop sign but a threshold: expansion and becoming are always accompanied by fear because fear marks the edge of growth. Control is fear-based and inherently limiting; nothing desired is accessed through control. True freedom is recognizing you’ve always been free and that limitation is self-imposed through false beliefs. When fear is treated as evidence of expansion rather than proof of danger, it will be much easier to act on inspiration.
