Women Waken: Spiritual Healing for Trauma in Relationships to Shift from Codependency to Divine Feminine

Hello Dear Ones! I'm back with ANOTHER solo episode. Get used to it! I'm planning to get back to weekly solos as my travels continue. Today I focus on the energies of the New Moon In Taurus which arrives this weekend, Sunday May 17th. This is happening in conjunction with the Pluto Retrograde that began on May 6th and will continue through October. This dynamic creates a beautiful dance between the underworld energies of Pluto reminding you of what you're still holding at a deep, painful level that is keeping you from your abundance and luxury, which Taurus wants to usher you into.
On this Solo episode I share a few updates on my travels as I roam around Bangkok, Thailand. And elaborate on the concept that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and how this time in particular really heightens and encourages this. Asking you to open to the endless options and opportunities that await you as you release the heaviness of what was never true about yourself or your abilities. Namely that something wasn't POSSIBLE for you or that you weren't enough. You are enough and the world awaits your new chapter.

Hello Dear Listeners! I'm finally here with my first report back from the frontlines of international travel! I'm recording today from Chiang Mai, Thailand! Fabulous place! Countries visited so far, Japan & South Korea. It's been 6 weeks and already a remarkable adventure. I hope you enjoy hearing about it. I've definitely had to tap into my Divine Feminine essence of surrender as travel can be unpredictable and stressful, yet so worth it.
On this solo episode I share about some of the themes that have come up so far in my explorations including forgiveness, fertility, surrendering to the void, and emerging with a message of peace after destruction. I also give my observations of the various cultures, people, and places I've seen and the beauty I've found along the way. *HELLO DEAR LISTENERS! I have begun my World travels! I have not yet had a chance to record a new solo episode, it will be coming SOON! This episode was released in August of 2023 and offers some solid tips for not letting your habitual thoughts get the best of you. Stop them in their tracks and ask.....IS THAT TRUE?*

There is a simple question you can ask yourself throughout your day that can help you find greater peace of mind and let go of intrusive thought loops. The question is to ask ourselves, Is That True? Asking this question can allow us to pause and take a second to explore whether or not what we're telling ourselves about ourselves or deciding to believe about another person or situation is in fact completely accurate or perhaps may be tied to fear or assumptions. Which, by the way, is a pretty brutal combo when you come to assumptions out of fear, perhaps fearing the worst or making rash judgements. It also allows us to enter that Divine Feminine space of stillness, reflection, consideration, and balance. To sit with something rather than act on it impulsively. Then once we're able to decide if something does indeed feel true for us, we can honor that.
On this Divine Feminine solo episode I start by exploring what is Truth itself, how this question of Is That True can be very helpful, and I also get into the work of the wonderful Byron Katie who first inspired me to begin this practice. In her work, she elaborates on additional steps to take that allow for a greater place of inquiry to reduce the distress, anger, and remorse that can result from the blanket statements of declaring something true that may or may not be so.

This episode was very exciting for me to record and felt like a beautiful full circle moment. My bright shining guest this week, Elisha LightAngel, was the first listener of the show to reach out and tell me how much she enjoyed the podcast. That was a huge turning point for me when I could realize, people are listening and resonating! ElishaLight shared that she is a massage therapist and enjoyed my long format episodes because she could listen to them during her sessions. Recently Elisha has started her own podcast! And we were excited to be guests on each other's shows. On this guest episode, Elisha and I jump into all kinds of topic of conversation from our shared battles with bulimia and body image issues to the wild ride that is Spiritual Awakenings. ELisha shares how she learned to love the body she is in and create a healthy relationship with it and how starting in 2022 she began to facilitate bodywork for others in her community.  She believes that we were born from a vision to bring healing in various forms from massage therapy/bodywork, to energy healing, sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation, breathwork, and more.
