Dear listeners welcome to Sura27 An-Naml (The Ants,
Personal Reflections and life coaching lessons from my readings of this Sura.
โHumility in Leadership (Story of Prophet Sulaymฤn ุนููู ุงูุณูุงู
& the Ants)
โWhen Sulaymฤn heard the speech of the ant warning its colony, he smiled with gratitude instead of arrogance.
โLesson: True leadership means listening to even the smallest voices and protecting the weak, not ruling with pride.
โGratitude as a Path to Blessing
โSulaymฤn prayed: โMy Lord, inspire me to be thankful for Your favor upon me and my parents.โ
โLesson: Gratitude brings humility, keeps blessings safe, and connects the heart to God.
โWisdom in Communication (The Queen of Sheba)
โWhen she received Sulaymฤnโs letter, she consulted her people and acted with patience, not haste.
โLesson: Before reacting, seek counsel, reflect, and choose the path of peace over war.
โFaith Beyond Power
โDespite her throne and kingdom, the Queen of Sheba humbled herself and accepted the truth of Allah.
โLesson: Worldly power, wealth, and status mean little without surrender to the Divine.
โEvery Creature Has Purpose
โEven the ant is given speech, wisdom, and community.
โLesson: Nothing in creation is insignificantโevery being glorifies Allah in its own way. Respect all life.
โSigns Everywhere
โThe surah emphasizes looking at creation as signs of Godโs existence.
โLesson: If we slow down, we can see divine messages in nature, people, and everyday life.
โThe Heart that Submits is the Real Treasure
โIn the end, the greatest wealth was not Sulaymฤnโs kingdom or the Queenโs throne, but their submission to Allah.
โLesson: Spiritual richness outshines material wealth.
