The 5 things, broken down

1. Walk away sooner. Stop decoding mixed signals. When someone runs hot and cold, the story you write to explain it is the cost. People who want to be in your life show up, choose you, and stay consistent; if you have to investigate, you already have your answer. Walking away isn't harsh. It's the fastest route back to your own energy.

2. Become a master at reading energy. What you feel is real. Your body registers a room, a person, or a decision before your mind has the facts, and most of us have been trained to override that signal in favor of being polite. The practice is observe, don't absorb: notice what you're picking up, trust it as data, and withdraw your energy from what drains it before you have "proof."

3. Look at the 80%, not the 20%. When you're deciding about a person, a job, or a partnership, stop building your case on the best 20% of moments. Look at the majority pattern. The 80% is who they are and how it will go. This one rule removes most of the hope-based decisions that keep people stuck for years.

4. Leave your hometown (or change your environment). The frequency you grew up in sets the ceiling on what feels possible. Moving from Detroit to New York put me in rooms where a million dollars was a normal conversation, and my nervous system recalibrated to that as the baseline. If you can't relocate, change the room: sit in the five-star lobby, spend time with people whose normal is your goal, and let your body get used to it.

5. Live an incredibly imbalanced life. Balance is for maintenance. Building something new requires a season of 70% soul purpose and 30% play, with the 30% so good you never feel deprived. The front-loaded discipline creates momentum, and momentum is what eventually makes the work itself feel like play. The poles shift in your favor.

The thread through all five: your reality is built from the energy you tolerate, the environments you sit in, and the momentum you create. Change those three and the timeline changes with you.

An eclipse portal does not ask permission. It shows you the blind spot, ends the thing abruptly, and drags what was hidden into the light.

Here is what it is revealing right now: you are living under four agreements you never consciously made.

We are between two eclipses. The Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12 cracked something open. Fire erupts. The partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on August 28 will close it. Water cools what fire sets off. And in the space between them, every ceiling on what you are allowed to receive becomes visible.

The mechanism underneath all four is the same, and it is the sharpest thing I have taught this year: when something someone says about you genuinely wounds you, some part of you agreed with it. When you do not believe a thing, it does not land. The pain is the evidence of the agreement.

🌎This is not a prison planet. It is a planet where you have free will and the choice to imprison yourself. Nothing outside of you sent you here as punishment.

🌎 "Punishment" as a core operating system produces a victim reality. It attracts the relationships, scenarios and reflections that confirm it. Change the operating system and the reflections change.

🌎 You came on divine assignment. You agreed to arrive in forgetting and follow the clues home.

🌎 Difficulty is not evidence you got it wrong. A hard family, a hard relationship, a hard job are opportunities to transcend consciousness.

🌎 You are becoming a living master inside the game.

🌎 You cannot know the light without the dark. If you are the only light in the room, you have no way of knowing how magnificent you are.

🌎 Waking up is like having the cheat codes. Once you understand you sent out the signal, nothing that happens can make you a victim again.

🌎 The reframe that changes everything: "This is serving me well." Ask what it is teaching, then choose what you prefer instead.

🌎 Negativity's power is an illusion. When you neutralize your perspective of it, it loses its hold. That is the highest power in the universe.

🌎 The experiment is shifting. Enough souls are awakening that we are tipping into positive polarity, and the old suffering is no longer required for access to your higher self.
