  • What I’m Willing To Pay For (& When a Library Card Will Do)
Want to know the secret to avoid adding (yet another) course to your ‘never quite finished’ shelf?  We’ve all bought a training (or five) that didn’t deliver. Perhaps… You lost interest halfway through  The star-studded lineup of teachers turned out to be an incohesive mess  The pricing looked too good to be true (and it was) The mentors had no vibe & couldn’t hold a resonant space  These experiences are a rite of passage. We’ve all been there, as we figure out how to discern the meaningful experiences from the mediocre ones.  The difference between experiences that suck and experiences that stick is… the opportunity for embodied learning.  Most training has zero embodied learning built into their experiences. For those who are strong self-starters & want to do all the implementation themselves, this could work. But for those of us who want to venture into the unknown, who want to soften & be held. For those of us who want to do things faster by accessing community & on-demand help.  Then embodied learning spaces are where it’s at.   Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Info Session - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training

  • How To Take Your Clients DEEPER….
Looking to bring more depth to the clients you work with?  This is one of the most common yearnings for practitioners we partner with. But how to do it? What are the ingredients for more depth? I’m breaking it down on today’s podcast….  Whether you’re a new practitioner, or already have 200 modalities under your belt, many of us sense there’s deeper layers to access. We feel it for ourselves, and we want to share it with our clients.  In the podcast we’re diving into:  The 3 key ingredients to bring more depth to your client sessions  Why so many highly skilled practitioners have this yearning (despite already being skilled practitioners)  Why these ingredients are left out of many transformational modalities How to find more truth & power that your client can tangibly access  Some key strategies I use, including my own client examples    Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Info Session - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training

  • The 4 Vulnerability Avoidance Styles
If you’re craving more depth in your own embodiment or in the spaces you hold with clients, vulnerability is non-negotiable.  It’s the key that opens us up to real intimacy and true transformation. When someone shares vulnerably with me—whether it’s a client, colleague or my child—I know we’ve reached the gold.  We’re no longer hovering on the surface. We’re in rich, honest territory. But vulnerability can be confronting. It asks us to feel the tenderness, shame, or discomfort that many of us were taught to avoid. And so, we’ve developed clever strategies—mostly unconscious—to sidestep that feeling.    In this podcast, I’m sharing the 4 avoidance strategies we use to avoid vulnerability, and how naming your style is the first step to doing something different. We also explore:  How important vulnerability is for deeper connection  Why so many of us see vulnerability as a weakness (rather than the gift it is)  Why recognizing your vulnerability avoidance style is crucial to flexing your vulnerability muscle as a human (& practitioner)  The 4 Vulnerability Avoidance Styles  Why creating safe spaces for vulnerability is vital for growth.   Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training

  • S12E12 - Navigating Political Change & Polycrisis in Embodied Ways
Why Feminine Embodiment is Essential in Times of Crisis We’re living in intense times—so how can we navigate them in embodied ways? Whether you’re navigating cyclones from climate change, destabilizing political regimens or something else closer to home, it’s beyond heart breaking.  So what does this have to do with feminine embodiment? (hint, the answer’s everything). There has never been MORE of a need for feminine power on the planet. So how can we access it, and use it, in embodied ways?  💡 Hint: It all starts in the body.   During the podcast, we’ll dive into:  What power actually is & how it moves through the body  Why personal empowerment is not enough on it’s own  How to feel more resourced & stable in wild times, using somatic tools  How to prevent feeling frozen or overwhelmed by the polycrisis’ that abound  What these times ask of us as practitioners    As a mother living with low grade anxiety about the state of the world my kids will inherit, this much is abundantly evident to me - if i don’t do something with my power, then it’s not real power. In the podcast we dive into what I’ve been doing about that.    Resources mentioned in this podcast: Free Guide: Somatic Self Coaching Book: Somatic Abolitionism - the work of Dr. Resmaa Menakem Practice: Primal Feminine Flow  Training: Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification
