This week we have a huge week of astrology, and our one saving grace is that we enter earthy, grounding Taurus season. Taurus season is the perfect time to begin a daily meditation practise, a time for you to slow down and go inwards. And goodness knows we all need that the way the world is at the moment. And so I wanted to offer a meditation this week that gives you just that, a quiet space to pause and breathe and simply be with whatever is there for you. So I'll guide you in and then simply offer space.You can commit to doing this every day through Taurus season, and if you want to extend the practise, have your journal and pen beside you and spend some time afterwards reflecting on any insights or answers that come to you during this quiet time. Give yourself space every day just to be. ❤️

This week keeps the momentum moving from the Aries new moon, carrying forward that bold, initiating energy while asking us to slow down and get intentional with it. As Mercury, Mars and Saturn come together, our minds become really sharp, bringing clarity, direction and a readiness to act, but also a reminder to be mindful, as words can become reactive if we’re not grounded in our truth. With Saturn in the mix, we’re being asked to look at the long-term and get practical, rather than rushing into quick fixes. As we move into Taurus season, there’s a natural pause that helps us ground our dreams into reality, creating something aligned and long-lasting.
